Tourette's syndrome 

Tourette's syndrome is a neurological disorder characterized by involuntary tics and vocalizations and often the compulsive utterance of obscenities (2). 

A sufferer may shout out suddenly, or jerk uncontrollably. 

People with Tourette's syndrome often have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) as well (1).
