Sensory memory corresponds approximately to the initial 200 - 500 milliseconds after an item is perceived. It is ability to look at an item, and remember with a second of observation, or memorization.
This form of memory degrades so quickly and cannot be prolonged via rehearsal. Some of the information in sensory memory is then transferred to short- term memory.
The storage in sensory memory has a strictly limited capacity and duration, information is not retained indefinitely.
If you have memory related issues Counselling and Psychotherapy may be provided via Skype and FaceTime in the comfort of your home, office or any place of your choice.
