Dictionary of Psychotherapy

Reflective communication

Reflective communication is the tool of Client-oriented psychotherapy.
The client has the opportunity to examine behaviours and interactions with others, while the therapist acts as a verbal “mirror”, often restating what the client has just said.
Client-oriented psychotherapy accepts a person's flaws/foibles, and helps maximize emotional/spiritual potential.

Counselling and Psychotherapy may be provided via Skype and FaceTime in the comfort of your home, office or any place of your choice.
